Ordering Information & Policies

We hope that you will enjoy the memories of your special event through our photography. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality photographs.  The images posted to this site are for viewing only and do not reflect the final quality of the photographs you will receive.  Finished prints will be cropped and adjusted to provide the highest quality prints available form the conditions available at the time the images were created.

Important Points To Remember:

1. The images that you are viewing are “full frame” just as the photographer saw them in the camera.
2. We will automatically crop and compose the image when it is printed for the best finished print results.
3. Any named products ordered will be printed with proper names exactly the way you spell and punctuate them.  We reserve the right to rearrange any products or personalization to produce an esthetically pleasing product.
4. REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.  We are not responsible for any make overs because of customer failure to review sample links in the order window.
5. All images will be made with highest quality products for producing digital images.
6. Completed orders will be shipped from our office within three weeks of full payment.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PROCESSING

All sales are final. We will gladly replace any print that is damaged in shipping or is printed incorrectly. Please mail us the photo needing replacement and copy of the sales receipt. Please be sure that your return shipping address and your phone number is included.
